What are the height and age restrictions for the attractions?

What if I am under 18 without a parent on premise?
Please download and print the Assumption of Risk Agreement. Have your parent fill it out and sign it to bring with you when you come.

Are reservations required?
Reservations are required for the High Peaks Aerial Challenge Courseand the Zip Line tours. Reservations are taken by time slots and fill up quickly. To make a reservation please utilize the "Purchase Passes" option on the rates page of our web site.

Reservations are required for Team Building Events and Groups of 20 or more. To make a group reservation, contact our Group Sales Manager.

What is the level of difficulty for the ropes course?
The lower levels are appropriate for anyone age 7+ at all skill levels.

The upper level courses are considered more advanced and are designed for individuals looking for a challenge, who are ready to be pushed to the next level.

How long and high are the ziplines?
The Zip Lines have varying height reaching up to 100 feet high. The lengths of the zip lines are as follows:

Blueline zip – 300 ft.
Northwoods Express – 500 ft.
Wolf Jaw – 900 ft.
Cloudsplitter – 1165 ft.

What is the time duration of a ticket?
A full day Adventure Ticket will be valid from open to close.

Can I bring food or alcohol in?
We do not allow outside food and beverage. We do have a food court with a nice variety of items to choose from.

What clothing/footwear should I wear?
Wear well fitting clothing that does not allow anything to hang loose or get tangled in cables and rope. Sneakers or hiking shoes are recommended. Flip-flops and sandals are not appropriate. Long hair and jewelry should not be left loose.

Can the Adventure Center rides be operated in the rain?
Yes, we will operate in the rain. If there are thunderstorms or lightning there will be a park delay. Please call ahead or check the website if there is a chance for thunderstorms.

Do you have an Adventure Center season pass?
Adventure Center season passes will be coming soon.

Do I need to rent a helmet?
You do not need to rent a helmet. Helmets are required for the Zip Lines and the High Peaks Aerial Challenge Course and will be provided for you.

Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, an acknowledgement of risk is required for all participants at the Adventure Center. You are welcome to print your Assumption of Risk Agreement and bring it with you.

Is there equipment that I will need or is equipment provided?
All of your equipment will be provided, such as harnesses and helmets.

Are Adventure Park Gift Cards available?
Yes, gift cards are available in any denomination. Please call 800-955-2754 to purchase yours today.

What activities do you have for children 6 and under?
The Adventure Center Cub Club Playland is designed for children 6 and under. The area includes a bounce house, a Euro Bungee and playground equipment. WinterTubing is also available for ages 3 and up and 42” or taller in height.

Do you have a daycare or babysitting?
Bear Foot Den at Hope Lake Lodge is a state-of-the-art activities center, where child care is provided in a nurturing, safe, and happy environment. Reservations are highly recommended. Call 800-955-2754 for details and availability. Fees do apply.

Is Hope Lake Park included in a full day Adventure Center Pass?
Hope Lake Park is not included in the full day Adventure Center Pass.

Where do I get my tickets?
Tickets can be purchased at the Adventure Center Base Lodge. If you are interested in group rates, please call ahead to make a reservation at 800-955-2754 x6321. Group tickets are delivered to the group leader at the Adventure Center Base Lodge.

Do I get a discount if I am a Cascades Club member?
There are many benefits to being a Cascades Club member however members do not receive discounts at the Adventure Center.

Groups FAQ’s

How many people do I need for a group?
You need 20 or more individuals to be considered a group. Check out our great group rates.

Are reservations required?
Reservations are required 72 hours in advance. Please contact our Mountain Groups Manager at 800-955-2754, x6321 or by email.

What is the comp ticket policy?
As a reward for our hard working group leaders, we offer one complimentary ticket for every 20 tickets sold.

Do you do Birthday Parties?
The Adventure Center does offer birthday party packages. View the Birthday Flyer for details. Also, feel free to contact our Mountain Groups Manager at 800-955-2754 x6321 or by email.

What are your corporate/team building packages?
Greek Peak will offer several team building packages to our groups. We are happy to customize a package designed especially for your needs, so that your stay with us is a memorable, rewarding and productive one. Contact our Mountain Groups Manager at 800-955-2754, x6321 or by email.

Do you do banquets or catering at the Adventure Center?
We are happy to customize your banquet or catering to exceed your expectations. We can cater for your group at the Adventure Center, at Hope Lake Lodge, directly across the street from the Adventure Center, or set up a group picnic at Hope Lake Park. View the banquet menu for more information.

Is there an outside picnic area?
Yes, we have several picnic tables outside the Adventure Center base lodge.

Who do I contact to make my reservation?
Please contact our Mountain Groups Manager at 800-955-2754, x6321 or by email.

Do I need a deposit to make a group reservation?
Yes, we do ask that the group leader contact our Mountain Groups Manager to arrange a deposit. A credit card will be required to hold your reservation and deposit.

Is there a cancellation policy?
The Adventure Center will have a 72 hour cancellation policy for groups. During blackout periods and holidays we ask for a 15 day notice of cancellation since space is limited for large groups and is first come, first serve.

Where do I pick up my group tickets?
Group tickets will be delivered to the group leader at the Adventure Center Base Lodge.

How do I pay for my group?
All money must be collected by the group leader and paid to Greek Peak in one transaction.

Facilitator FAQ’s

What activities require a facilitator?
The only activity that requires a facilitator is a Corporate or Teambuilding event. The Adventure Center will have guides stationed at each event to assist in daily operation, instruction and safety. Keep in mind the courses have been designed for self-discovery.

Is there an additional charge for a facilitator?
There is not an additional charge for a facilitator. The cost of the facilitator is included in your Teambuilding event and will be based on your uniquely designed event and coordinating with our Teambuilding facilitator.

How do I make reservations for a facilitator?
Should you plan on using a facilitator for your group or if you are planning a team building event. We ask that the group leader contact our Mountain Groups Manager to arrange your visit.
